31Jan Paper-Oil Method in Fabricating PCBs
As an Electronics Hobbyist, we do have different kinds of method on how to fabricate our PCBs. As for beginners, they tend to do the old method in which using art transfer, pentel pens, tape, in a copper clad PCB and as for the Presensitized PCB, the Acetate one.
From this methods, we hardly find it to have a near to perfect outcome of the PCB, in which we humbly designed yet it was ruined during the fabricating. As a part of it, we do exercise different kinds of methods on how to fabricate a well endowed outcome.
To start with it, I managed to handle this method which helps me a lot to have a quality Fabricated PCB designs, the Paper applied Oil method.=) Here’s the step-by-step method on how to do this:
First Step: Prepare all the materials needed
- Oil – Baby Oil or Cooking Oil will do.
- Printed PCB Design on a Bond Paper(It is advisable to print it with toner or powder, the print quality between ink and toner/powder differs, toner/powder printouts are much more thick than the ink which helps to block the light from the exposing procedure).
- Presensitized PCB, already cut matched from your design.

It’s been two years since Kaizer Killer were first released, and at that time it was a simple script written in Command Line. It helps a lot of users throughout the world to remove viruses and its harmful effects in windows based systems. After releasing the 1.8 version and on its 14th revision(1.8.14), the developer stops the development due to internal issues and think to develop it in a higher level language. From that time he started to develop the Kaizer Killer 2.0 written in C Language, but unfortunately havent finished due to personal reasons and lack of experience in programming such applications.

Kaizer USBRestriction Tool is an straightforward little tool in which allows you to enable or disable the ability of your System to Access USB Devices.
It provides Dual Password access mode in which you as the main user will have the Master Privilege and other trusted users will be have the Administrator Password.
Upon the first Application’s Initialization, you will be prompted for your Master and Admin Password in which you will provide once you change your USB Port Access Mode.
Master and Admin Password can modify both ways.
